Purpose: To develop a Heart for Worship
Mission: To create a culture of worship and praise that reverence God and encourage the saints.
Vision: IKLC will be recognized by audiences, singers and musicians as the premier music department for worship and performance in the United States and abroad.

Objectives: (5 Years)
- To create a worship culture every Sunday.
- To present music with a strong melody;
- To educate individuals on the importance of music;
- To teach individuals the power of the worship protocol;
- To equip singers, musicians, and dancers;
- To maintain recording initiatives for local, national, and international outreach.
Goals (1 year)
- To create a worship culture every Sunday.
- To present an annual Easter, Black Music Month, Gospel Music Month, and Christmas mini-concert.
- To present a Father's Day men's chorus.
- To present an annual fall workshop.
- To restore our recording studio.
- To produce a praise and worship recording.
- To produce a contemporary gospel recording.
- To increase number of stewards.
- To present quarterly youth-led worship service.
Strategy:
- We will provide workshops;
- We will provide open participation for concerts.
- We will provide a recording studio.
- We will create opportunities for creative writing sessions.
Actions (90 days)
- Add three new songs in three months;
- Repair or purchase recording interface;
- Create music schedule for 2015.
